Balloon Berries Mini

Balloon berries is my rendition of the lilly pilly plant. They are everywhere in Australia. It was the first painting I made after becoming a Dad. It’s a momento for the beginning of a new chapter in my life. It was about breaking down the walls I had built for myself as a creative and getting to the root of what I wanted to paint. My son gave me the confidence to do that.
